Our Appetizer.: About Her

About Her

First and foremost I would like to thank you for stopping by in my little place of memories.

That's a large & in charge picture of me.

I started this blog as a place to simply document everything that happens in my life, basically all of my memories. I want to be able to capture different  memories and events on this blog. I've always had a love for writing and I love to talk so this is the perfect place for me. I tend to write about everything and anything to pops up in my head...everything from stories about myself to fitness articles I find beneficial. A few of my favorite things (in no particular order, but family always comes first) are: my family, wine, friends, happy hour, shopping, travel, coffee, Pinterest, stories, food & rain.

Random things about me:
  • When I get bored with the way I look, I cut my hair. And then regret it...for a really long time.
  • If I could have any career possible I would be a writer for a travel magazine. Reason one being because I love to write and enjoy expressing my feelings and observations through writing. And reason two being my love for traveling. If I could see the world before I'm old and senile I definitely would.
  • I make mental goals and timeframes for events in my life...terrible habit because I get disappointed half of the time. Mental goals such as lose those 10 extra pounds in 1 week...very realistic, I know. And metal timeframes like I need to be married with kids by the time I'm 27....as if I have total control over that. See my goals are crazy and not controlled 100% by me.
  • I could not live without my phone. I hate to say it, but I have become that lame and crazy person that cannot live without their phone. I mean I sleep with my phone in my bed...its like my part time (full time) partner in life.
  • I am obsessed with the Bachelor and the Bachelorette. I watch every single episode when it is first aired and if I can't watch it when it first airs, I DVR it.

Any questions...just ask. Hope you enjoy my blog as much as I'm enjoying writing it. ♥

    1. I completely agree! Since I am new to blogging I don't have any posts about my guy other than our About Us page. So check back often for more posts and make sure to follow me on Bloglovin'!

  2. # 1 is me, to a tee. I always think cutting my hair shoulder length is a great idea - then it happens and I freak out trying to grow it back for 2 years. It's been so tempting to cut it again ever since!

    1. I know! I am currently trying to grow it back out. I will probably post about my many hair adventures throughout my early 20s...everything from short hair to red hair.

  3. Love it! One of the few things that makes me feel "mainstream" is my love for THE BACHELOR/BACHELORETT!!!!! :) I have too many horrifying short hair photos of myself that I hold back the urge to chop each time I get an itch. I love that you are an idealist goal setter. Me too. :)

  4. I can completely relate to the first random fact. I actually just cut my hair (it took 3 years to grow, it was long) and now I regret it... And the Bachelor/Bachelorette is my guilty pleasure. Except for this season. I fell off and stopped watching.

    1. Ugh it's so bad! All of my friends and family get so annoyed with me when I say that I'm going to cut it because they know I'll regret it. I'm not a fan of the bachelor at all but the drama is still pretty entertaining. Thanks for stopping by, I hope you visit often :)
