Last Weeks Wishes
I am starting back up with Weekly Wishes for 2014! I really need to keep this going because it is a good motivation to do what you say you're going to do. My last weekly wishes were 50% a success. My Guy was not able to come home for Christmas but he was here for New Years Eve. We did make New Years Eve plans ahead of time, which I was very happy about. This Weeks Wishes
1. Get pictures printed & print some for my new desk. Lets just say that yesterday I started looking through and I realized that I have about 2-3 years worth of pictures to print and get organized. It's going to be over 1,000 pictures to get printed and then to organize them into photo albums.
2. Get in the gym! Oh man oh man, I tell myself everyday that I'm going to go to the gym and it never (rarely) happens. I guess after working 8 hours the last thing I want to do is go to the gym. I need to push myself to go! My goal for the week is to make it at least twice during the week and once on the weekend.
3. Eat healthy & not eating after 6 PM. Today I started the day with yogurt and fruit (good) and had a salad with little dressing for lunch (also good). Then I gave in and had a bag of kettle salt & vinegar chips (my weakness). So I need to get better with eating this week and definitely no eating after 6 PM!

Yay for getting back to Weekly Wishes for 2014! And also, good luck with conquering after 6pm eating. I read an article once that said research shows that we lose our willpower the more the day goes on. By then, we've likely exhausted our ability to make sound decisions. So, maybe one thing you could do is prepare meals and snacks ahead of time for after 6pm, that way you don't have to think about it? Either way, good luck with everything!!! :)

I am very happy that I am getting back into the Weekly Wishes link-up, I have even added it into my schedule to make sure I remember to post. I definitely try to eat as healthy as I can during the day but also add in some protein so I can stay full. And each morning I try to have a big breakfast which will also speed up my metabolism!

I get that problem with getting pictures printed. It's one of my goals for January and will be necessary. I have the same problem with having too much pictures and not one printed. One of the curses of the digital age we live in?
ReplyDeleteI'm also with you on the healthy eating. I cut back on bread last week and thats such a difference to how I feel. If only I could give up pasta and stuff that easily.

Ugh I know about the pictures & the pasta! I will be swamped in pictures to organize. My Guy and I are making a date out of organizing out pictures.
